Easternwell camps host Biggest Morning Tea for field-based teams

Easternwell hosted Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea at camps throughout Queensland and South Australia for field-based teams to raise awareness and support for Cancer Council Australia.

Each of Easternwell’s camps served a special morning tea that included assorted sliders, orange and almond cake and mini apple turnovers raising more than $700 in donations from our teams.

Tim Phelan, Broadspectrum’s Chief Executive of Resources said: “It is a sobering statistic that one in two Australian’s will be diagnosed with some form of cancer before the age of 85.”

We are pleased to help raise awareness and support the great work of the Cancer Council.”

Easternwell is a subsidiary of Broadspectrum, providing innovative solutions across the social, defence, property, infrastructure, resources and industrial sectors.
