Easternwell hosts women's wellbeing workshop

Following on from Women’s Health Week, Easternwell hosted a wellbeing workshop to support women working at the company.

The workshop, facilitated by Brand and Connection Expert Jessica Ritchie, encouraged the group to understand the importance of gaining clarity and identity, the value of personal connection, making yourself a priority and increasing confidence in career and life goals.

Easternwell’s Wellness Coordinator and Accredited Practising Dietitian, Liam Brennan said the company is invested in supporting our female workforce to look after themselves as they often manage many of the home and family life responsibilities.

“This workshop provided an opportunity to focus on what is important in life and provide support for women in our workplace.”

“We have several initiatives within the company to support health and wellbeing, including free access to our Employee Assistance Program, a Flexible Policy that enables employees to manage family and personal responsibilities and a health and wellbeing program that provides employees with educational resources, access to support services, face-to-face consultations and a variety of other services and benefits.”

Easternwell is a subsidiary of Broadspectrum, providing innovative solutions across the social, defence, property, infrastructure, resources and industrial sectors.
