TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Easternwell Group ensures all staff are effectively trained and job ready when starting work. The new employee is given all the introductory training including both company and client inductions to familiarize and prepare the new employee to their new position. Mandatory training requirements for a position are assessed to the employee’s current qualifications and skills to identify any gaps. Training is then conducted to ensure competency of the employee is achieved.
EWG is in the development of a company owned and sponsored Registered Training Organization to enable the company to offer recognized Nationally Accredited Competency Based Training to its employees, ensuring that all employees have access to available career development options. All certificate level training will be transportable within the industry and Operators and Service Providers have developed mutual cooperation for the continuous development of training with in the industry.
