Easternwell Minerals offers Water Bore, Piezometer Bore (Conventional and Vibrating Wire), Horizontal De-pressurisation drilling and Drill Hole flushing to the mining and civil industries. Easternwell Minerals has been operating continuously in the Pilbara and Goldfields for over 20 years through its acquisition of Nudrill and Colby Drilling Company.
Our fleet of modern rigs and support equipment includes Foremost dual rotary drill rigs, conventional drill rigs for air and mud rotary drilling and horizontal drill rigs. The drill rigs are either track mounted machines or mounted on new all-wheel- drive truck carriers. Our support equipment includes auxiliary compressors and mud pumps that allow drilling from 5" up to 24" diameter in either dual rotary, conventional air or mud rotary systems.
Easternwell's fleet of 6 dual rotary rigs provide our clients with high success rate drilling in extremely difficult unconsolidated and friable formations that would typically take long periods of time and expensive mud programmes to achieve. By casing the unstable ground as the drilling is completed Easternwell maximises the success rate of drilling programmes and reduces the overall cost per hole.
Our fleet of conventional drill rigs and horizontal rigs offer safe and efficient drilling with rod handling on all rigs. We have deep hole rigs capable of drilling to over 500 metres and small low-impact rigs that can drill small water bores and Piezometre Bores with minimal impact to the environment.

Reverse Circulation
Easternwell Minerals offers Air Core and Reverse Circulation drilling equipment that is designed to meet our clients' needs. Easternwell Minerals offers our clients well-maintained operational machinery which is compact, powerful and adaptable to suit any exploration drilling conditions. With a total of 7 rigs in the fleet from air core rigs with a capability of drilling RC holes to 150 meters, to a 685 Schramm with a maximum hole depth of 800 meters RC.
All rigs have support vehicles to assist in the operations of RC drilling. All wheel drive support trucks have bulk fuel and water carrying capabilities. Air boosters and auxiliary compressors are mounted on all wheel drive trucks. All support vehicles are twin cab light trucks with Hiabs, satellite phones and two way radios. Caravans for isolated drilling programs are fully self sufficient with satellite internet, phone and fax.
