EXECUTIVE POSITIONS
Managing Director - Mr. Troy Campbell:
A well known figure in the oil and gas industry for over 16 years and has demonstrated his ability to set
high industry standards in well servicing. Responsible for overall company strategies, direction, business
development, contracts and quality assurance.
His significant visionary contributions in directing the advancements of technology, quality and expertise are evident in the company's progressive growth and its level of leadership within the industry.
General Manager - Mr. Warren Willmington:
Highly respected and regarded as one of the leading professionals in his field with over 20 years of industry
experience and extensive hands on knowledge. A precise understanding of client objectives and company mission
provides for the exacting control and co-ordination of the wide ranging aspects of every operation.
Warren has an accomplished list of managerial positions spanning a period of over 10 years. Industry expertise in Rig Management, Well Intervention and Operations Manager within the oil and gas sector ,places him in the commanding position of General Manager.
Commercial Manager - Mr Marco Waanders (MBL):
16 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry both onshore and offshore and internationally.
Marco has recently joined the team at EWS after 8 years with Santos and before that 8 years with Shell International.
He is responsible for commercial issues including: Contracts, Finance, Legal, Purchasing, Strategic Business Planning.
Drilling Manager - Mr Mike Maguire (BEng (Petroleum) Hons):
Joining in 2006, Mike is an established domestic Drilling Manager formerly with Ensign / OD&E (9 years). Mike has 13 years of international and domestic industry experience including hands on knowledge of a range of rigs from 2000 HP big rigs, through 800HP & 600HP mobile units to 250HP service units. Working both directly for or in partnership with Operating Companies, Mike has developed a reputation for delivering projects on time and under-budget.
