Easternwell Group understands the importance of supporting the communities in which we operate. Where possible, we are committed to using local suppliers and manufacturers and employing local personnel. Easternwell is known as Australia’s leading integrated oil and gas services company, yet we recognise the value in maintaining a local presence and supporting charities, clubs and organisations in our regions.

 

As Easternwell is approached regularly for assistance, we suggest applicants familiarise themselves with the sponsorship and donations guidelines detailed in the link below in order for their application to meet Easternwell Group requirements.

 

Sponsorships and Donations

Application Process


Applications should address the following information:

 

  • Event/organisation description
  • Benefits that will be received by Easternwell Group
  • Sponsorship background
  • Cash contribution required and how it will be used

 

 

Easternwell Group does not generally support the following:

  

  • Political organisations or events
  • Organisations with an exclusive religious focus
  • Duplication of an existing sponsorship
  • Events or organisations that are involved with dangerous activities such as motor sports or with visible links to gambling, tobacco, alcohol or drug related issues
  • A direct or indirect competitor to Easternwell Group
  • Events or organisations that do not align with Easternwell Group’s core business values

All applications are assessed on a weekly basis, therefore you will receive a written response to your request within three weeks.  Sufficient lead time should be taken into consideration when requesting assistance, as proposals that do not give at least two months notice will not be approved.

 

Easternwell Group does its best to support local charities and events, however due to budget restrictions and ongoing commitments, not all applications will be successful.
