HSE Advisor

Due to recent growth Easternwell Group are expanding operations in Western Australia, the Cooper Basin and Eastern Queensland. Currently exceptional opportunity exists for motivated and enthusiastic HSE Advisors to make their mark in the dynamic oil and gas industry. Responsibilities of the position would include but not be limited to the following:

  • Complete baseline audits on allocated workplaces
  • Deliver accredited (nationally endorsed) and non-accredited training packages to the field
  • Conduct random Alcohol testing in the field
  • Monitor field based operational compliance to HSE legislation and company HSEMS

The following experience / qualifications will be required:

  • Minimum five years experience in HSE
  • Certificate IV Occupational Health and Safety
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment
  • Ability to analyse and interpret risk management processes and principles
  • Ability to acquire and understand quality assurance, HSE, equal employment opportunity, and anti-discrimination practices
  • Competent use of word processing, spreadsheets and safety management systems and systems structures
  • Ability to work outdoors and in remote locations
  • Ability to work 2x2 field based work roster
  • Current C Class licence

The successful applicant will provide a high level of service and support, have excellent communication skills and a positive team attitude. In addition the applicant must be adaptable to change and display a willingness to work a 2x2 fly in fly out hitch based roster. Remuneration will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience.
