Troy Campbell

As the CEO of Easternwell, Troy is a dynamic leader with an enthusiasm for the industry. Due to his family's reputation and longevity within the industry, Troy is a well known figure with over 20 years experience. Having started his career as a boilermaker, Troy demonstrated his ability in setting high industry standards early on in his career. Troy is now responsible for the overall strategic direction of Easternwell.

Troy has a passion for innovation and advancing technology and works closely with employees to reach objectives as a team. The company's progressive and sustainable growth and its level of leadership within the industry is attributable to Troy's expertise. Away from work Troy enjoys spending time with his young family on their property at the Sunshine Coast.

Adam Day

Adam is a Certified Practising Accountant with a Bachelor of Business, Graduate Diploma of Management and MBA. Prior to joining Easternwell, Adam was the CFO/Company Secretary for 11 years for a privately owned national marine company, specialising in coastal freight operations into remote regions around Australia, vessel management, dredging & barging operations, passenger ferry operations in Queensland and NSW plus harbour and offshore ship berthing and towage for the LNG industry. Adam was also CFO & Company Secretary for unlisted BioTech company in which he focused on preparing the company for IPO.

Adam was the Chief Financial Officer for Easternwell Energy for 18 months before moving into the role of Chief Financial Officer. Adam is now the Chief Commercial Officer for Easternwell. Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his young family and maintains an ongoing involvement in Surf Lifesaving as a Life Member of the Kirra Surf Life Saving Club on the Gold Coast.

Darren Greer

Darren Greer is the Chief Operations Officer of Easternwell. Prior to his current role, Darren held drilling management and senior engineering roles on various Santos onshore and offshore development projects including the Mutineer-Exeter and Casino Developments and Santos' GLNG Project. His earlier experience includes drilling engineering roles with Woodside and Santos and a Supply Officer role with the Royal Australian Navy. Darren holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Queensland University of Technology and he is a graduate of the Royal Australian Naval College.

Ian Baldwin

Ian Baldwin is the Chief Financial Officer and joined the company in April 2012. He is a qualified chartered accountant with over 15 years of experience in senior finance positions covering all aspects of financial management including reporting, forecasting, acquisitions, business restructuring, internal controls and process improvements. Prior to Joining Easternwell, Ian was Group General Manager Finance at ASX listed Transfield Services, Easternwell’s parent company, responsible for the group’s internal & external financial reporting & analysis as well as the implementation of the group’s overall financial strategy and policies. His career has also included various senior finance roles with both PricewaterhouseCoopers in the UK and Australia and with ASX listed property development company, Australand Holdings Limited.

Tim Phelan

Tim Phelan is the General Manager Strategy & Development for Easternwell. With over 20 years spent in industry, Tim has spent substantial time in the oil and gas sector and has extensive experience developing business opportunities and managing operations safely, efficiently and reliably. He has worked both locally and abroad. Prior to his current role, Tim held management roles with Transfield Services, most recently as General Manager in the Canadian Joint Venture FT Services. His earlier experience includes engineering and construction management with roles in the oil, gas and power generation sector. Tim holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a post graduate diploma in Project Management from the Queensland University of Technology.

Warren Willmington

Warren Willmington is the Chief Executive Officer of Easternwell Energy.  Warren has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry spanning more than 25 years.  His career started as a diesel mechanic before moving into the Oil and Gas industry and after initially working in field based positions Warren progressed into managerial roles such as Rig Manager and then Company Representative with Santos.  Following this, Warren gained experience in several key management roles within Easternwell including General Operations Manager and Chief Operating Officer.  Warren’s oilfield knowledge and extraordinary career progression enables him to excel in his current role as Chief Executive Officer for Easternwell Energy.

Outside of work, Warren enjoys spending time on his property on the outskirts of Toowoomba riding dirt bikes and supporting his young family in their equestrian events.

Sheldon Burt

Sheldon Burt is Chief Executive Officer of Easternwell Minerals.  Born and raised in Western Australia’s mining town of Kalgoorlie, Sheldon has spent almost his entire working career in the drilling industry.  With his family involved in mining and drilling for over 60 years, Sheldon commenced his drilling career as a Drillers Offsider in 1986.  Sheldon has drilling contractor experience in Australia, West Africa, South East Asia and the Middle East.  He started his own drilling business in 2004, growing the business significantly before moving into the role of Chief Executive Officer - Minerals at Easternwell.  Outside of work, Sheldon enjoys spending time in the country with his family.

Steve Lambert

Steve joined Easternwell in 2006 after which he has held a combination of field and office based positions including the General Manager- Safety and People for Easternwell Energy. Prior to this, Steve served in the Australian Army where he attained the rank of Warrant Officer Class One. During his service he completed a range of operations and support appointments and completed studies in Safety; Training and Development and Management. Outside of work Steve is enjoys spending time with his family on the Gold Coast.

Kyle Koziol

Kyle joined Easternwell in 2007 and brings 10 years experience in human resources and industrial relations in the United States and Australia. Kyle's experience spans across industries including telecommunications, federal government, mining and petroleum. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science (Business Administration) and is a certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
